Selina Colombia

Since 2018, the creative team at Selina has trusted Seese to design over 160 handcrafted lighting pieces that bring a distinctive style to their hotels across Colombia. We collaborated closely with their architecture team to adapt each design to different spaces: from decorative tassels to woven lamps in fique of various colors.

This was one of the first hotel projects in our history and marked the beginning of a special collaboration with a brand known for integrating local artistic and craft expressions into each of its locations.

Every lamp was woven by expert artisans, who transformed metal structures into pieces full ofidentity by blending their own techniques with Selina’s creative direction. At Seese, we believe the social, economic, and cultural impact of artisanal work should also be visible in the spaces we inhabit. Learn more about what drives us.
